When we contact the customer care department, we did not have to wait in order to speak with a representative. When the representative answered the call, they were upbeat.We asked if the company provided information regarding online ordering, gift cards or the restaurants.
This is a continual problem at this store, like she picks and chooses who she Sells the sale items to ect. I know numerous people who have applied for employment at this store only to be overlooked, people with good qualifications.
We will be driving 20 minutes to Dollar tree or to Walmart than to go to this store again as long as she is manager.
